The Equipping of the Saints

• We believe that God gives gifts to all His children (Jn 10:14, 27-29), and brings His Kingdom to bear on the earth  through ordinary men, women and children.  In our philosophy, “everyone gets to play” in a Kingdom that is not a  spectator sport, but an opportunity for divine participation.  We value those willing to serve and equip others with  their gifts for the works of the Kingdom of God.
• We believe that God has given the Church a mandate, and has also given each of us vision for various ministries that  He wants to have happen in the local church through us (Eph 2:10).
• We believe that ministry is accessible to all believers (men, women, and children), and therefore attempt to make  room in our structures for all to be involved (Gal. 3:26-29; Mk 10:13-15).
